چکیده

The anomalous Hall effect (AHE) is a fundamental spintronic charge-to-charge-current conversion phenomenon and closely related to spin-to-charge-current by the spin effect. Future high-speed devices will crucially rely on such phenomena at terahertz (THz) frequencies. Here, it revealed that AHE remains operative from DC up 40 THz with flat frequency response in thin films of three technologically relevant magnetic materials: DyCo5, Co32Fe68, Gd27Fe73. frequency-dependent conductivity-tensor elements ?xx ?yx are measured, good agreement measurements found. experimental findings fully consistent ab initio calculations for CoFe highlight role large Drude scattering rate (?100 THz) metal films, which smears out any sharp spectral features AHE. Finally, found intrinsic contribution dominates over extrinsic mechanisms Co32Fe68 sample. results imply effects as highly promising ingredients future reliably operating beyond.

Enhanced anomalous Hall effect in Fe nanocluster assembled thin films.

An enhanced anomalous Hall effect is observed in heterogeneous uniform Fe cluster assembled films with different film thicknesses (ta = 160-1200 nm) fabricated by a plasma-gas-condensation method. The anomalous Hall coefficient (Rs) at ta = 1200 nm reaches its maximum of 2.4 × 10(-8) Ω cm G(-1) at 300 K, which is almost four orders of magnitude larger than bulk Fe. The saturated Hall resistivit...

Hall effect of superconducting Fe(Se0.5Te0.5) thin films

Hall effects are investigated in detail for superconducting Fe(Se0.5Te0.5) thin films. Normal Hall coefficients (RH) show positive values of the order of 1 ∼ 1.5 × 10 −3 cm/C at room temperature for all samples. With decreasing temperature, we find two characteristic behaviors in RH(T ) depending on superconducting transition temperature (Tc). For higher Tc films (typically Tc > 9 K) RH is almo...

Low Temperature Quantum Corrections to the Anomalous Hall Conductivity in Ultra-thin Fe Films

In situ transport measurements on disordered polycrystalline Fe films reveal a logarithmic temperature dependence of the longitudinal Rxx and anomalous Hall Rxx resistances at low temperatures and a heretoforeunobserved scaling behavior in which the relative changes in Rxx and Rxy are found to be equal. Accordingly, the anomalous Hall conductivity is non-zero with a logarithmic temperature depe...

Effect of Cobalt Concentration on Structural and Magnetic Properties of Co-Fe Thin Films

Co-Fe films were electrodeposited on Cu substrate from electrolytes with different Co concentration  levels. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used  to  investigate  the  films  crystal  structures. The  results  indicate that  if  the  Co  concentration  is  less  that  the  Fe  concentration,  the cubic  structure  appears  in  the  films, while  the  hexagonal  structure dominates when  the C...
